A lot of massage clients I see have hip and back problems becasue their gluteal muscles are way too tight. This is common amongst us now due to our modern-day lifestyles and all the sitting it involves. Our glute muscle fibres become compressed instead of being mobile which then puts the workload on surrounding muscles. Here's one of my gluteal stretches that gives you plenty of bang for your buck!
