This is definately a go-to stretch form me,it helps keep my gluteals (butt muscles) & lower back supple. Aim to keep the shoulders pinned flat & the knee over so its level with the hip joint. Apply pressure with the hand as you exhale to encourage a deeper stretch. Great as part of a warm up before loading the spine in squats, deadlifts etc or for just good every-day biomechanics.
