Try this one out....I bet your hips will be tight - most of our are! What's more tight hip flexors could be the source of lower back pain, anterior pelvic tilt & difficulty stbilising the spine in compound movements such as squats, split squats, step-ups & deadlifts. Use the edge of your couch / sofa, bed, weight bench or even the wall. Time in this posistion is important so take it stready & don't be tempted to rush it.
