Massage for Plantar fasciitis can help alleviate pain & promte the healing process.  Its characterised by inflammation of the platar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs across the bottom of the foot and connects the heel bone to the toes. The discomfort is commonly felt with the first steps in the morining and is often a result of the tissues being over-used in the incorrect alignment.
